We love big furry families! Our pricing scales with your pack or clowder:

• Essential Care: $25 (1-2 pets) +$5 each add. cat/dog

• Premium Care: $40 (1-2 pets) +$10 each add. cat/dog | $50 cap (3-4 pets)

• Other Pets: Small pets (rabbits, birds, hamsters): +$3
  each Fish & aquatic pets: Included free!
  

  5+ pets? we provide personalized quotes starting at $45 (Essential), $60 (Premium) per visit based on your pets’ specific needs and care requirements. For households with mixed pet types or varying care needs, Premium Care may be recommended. Final quote confirmed after a free Meet & Greet.

Senior Discount

• 10% off all pet sitting services for seniors 65+ (ID required at first visit). We appreciate our community elders!

  Can’t combine discounts, but we’ll automatically apply whichever saves you the most money!

• Give $20, Get $20 — Refer a new client and you both save. They get $20 off their first booking of $150 or more, you get a $20 credit toward any service $50+ once their booking is completed.

• Holiday Pet Care surcharge on top of Base-Price of the holiday: +20%

• Early/late visits (before 7am) or (after 9pm): +$5

• Distance fees (calculated from my Northwest Austin base location to your address and back, charged per visit):
  

  • Under 5 miles one way (10 miles round trip): no fee

  • 5-7.5 miles one way (10-15 miles round trip): +$10 per visit

  • 8-10 miles one way (16-20 miles round trip): +$20 per visit

  • 11-12.5 miles one way (21-25 miles round trip): +$30 per visit

  
  A distance fee applies to each visit, since every visit is a separate trip.

  For extended bookings, ask about a distance fee cap.

  Service area limited to 25 miles round trip (about 12.5 miles from my home base) to ensure reliable, on-time service.

Payment Policy

Payment is due before service begins to secure your booking. I accept:

• Digital payment (Zelle only): 5–7 days prior to the first visit

• Cash (at first visit)

• Credit/debit cards: can be processed over the phone on arrival or via a secure payment link sent in advance

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations vary by service — please see the full Cancellation Policy section below for pet sitting, dog walking, long-term, and holiday bookings.

Service Area

Northwest Austin and surrounding communities — including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Brushy Creek, and Wells Branch. Distance fees apply for locations more than 5 miles one way (10+ miles round trip) from my home base.

• Early morning (before 7am): +$5

• Late night (after 9pm): +$5

• Holiday surcharge: +20%

Long-Term Pet Sitting Booking Discounts

• 10–14 consecutive days: 10% off

• 15+ consecutive days: 15% off

The longer you book, the more you save — and the more peace of mind you get knowing your pets have consistent, reliable care.

Deposit & Cancellation

Long-term bookings (10+ consecutive days) require a 25% deposit to reserve your dates and guarantee your discounted rate. The remaining balance is due on the first day of service.

Discounted rates apply to completed bookings. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the first scheduled visit will forfeit the discount — standard rates apply to any days already completed.

Extended Trip Care Standards

For single pets (without companion animals) on trips of 14+ consecutive days, twice-daily visits are required as a minimum to ensure proper emotional wellbeing and prevent stress from prolonged isolation.

Your options:

• Book twice-daily visits with us (long-term discount applies!)

• Arrange supplemental care from a friend or neighbor for the second daily check-in

• Contact us to discuss a custom care plan

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund

• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund

Emergency Cancellations Documented medical emergencies or severe weather may qualify for adjusted refund terms at my discretion.

Service Modifications Changes to dates/times follow the same notice requirements as cancellations, subject to availability.

Holiday Bookings Holiday periods require 4 days notice and may have different refund structures due to high demand.
